We do not list a product unless we can provide accurate dimensions, weight capacity, age suitability, and material information. If a product is not suitable for unsupervised use by children, requires specific water conditions, or has inflation requirements that affect performance, we say so on the product page.
Every purchase is backed by a 30-day return window on uninflated, unused items in original packaging and a commitment to resolve any issue — damaged, defective, or incorrect — at no additional cost to you.
